Shipping Policy

  • Organic Charms ships all orders UPS or USPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards, all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
  • Shipping fee depends on which shipping method you choose. If you choose Air Mail, the shipping fee is accessed according to total weight of order. Express mail shipping fee is higher. If you choose UPS(3 Day Select or Next Day Air Saver), the fee calculated base on the weight of package and the destination country or region.
  • All orders shipped within State are subject to State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
  • We also use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
  • We ship orders after payment has cleared for assurance and accuracy purposes. The payment clearance time varies 3 or more days, depending on your banking institution or financial establishment. 
  • We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days after payment clearance. Most orders cleared by 2:00 pm EST, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing the credit card information is correct and your order is not oversize air. Orders placed after 2:00pm will ship the next business day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. (Note: Shipping days refer to business days only, Mon-Fri.) 
  • The day your order ships does not count as a time-in-transit day. Start counting AFTER the day it ships. 
  • The delivery time varies with where you're located and the shipping methods you choose and doesn’t include customs clearance time. To some countries and rural areas, it may take even longer time due to less frequent of airline and inspection across the border.
  • As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the Internet or by phone. 

Shipping Damages:

  • All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping.  If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours.  All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
  • Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
